Monitoring
Our Engineering team has identified multiple contributing factors that caused an unexpected load on our servers beginning at 11am EDT. We have mitigated these issues, and all platform KPIs are within standard operational benchmarks as of 12:15pm EDT. Our Engineering team is now focused on efforts to prevent these causes from recurring. We will provide additional updates here as they are available. We are experiencing some intermittent site responsiveness issues that are causing slow page loading times and delays displaying saved ticket and asset changes.
